Supply Wave - Return Policy

At Supply Wave, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at thesupplywave@gmail.com or send WhatsApp text on 0324-8112-613. We will give you the the address of our nearest Supply Wave Wearhouse to return the parcel. 

Our team will assess and evaluate the product and once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without out prior information or our acceptance will not be entertained.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at thesupplywave@gmail.com or our dedicated WhatsApp number 0324-8112-613 if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Principally, we evaluate the product on the basis of its weight, physical condition, and valid reasons to be returned. In case the product found mishandled by the consumer or used more than 1/4 of the whole will not be entertained. Remember, we are very honest in our evaluations. We give value to the money you spent for purchase. Be calm during the evaluation process.

Exchanges

Once the return is accepted, you can request to exchange it with the new one; but in such case you will not be allowed to chose another product for exchange. Exchange shall only be accepted with the product of same specifications and rates.
Please note that we offer free delivery on all of our products, but in case of exchange, you will be asked to pay the nominal delivery charges. 

Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
