Supply Wave offers free shipping on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum purchase requirements. We believe in providing value to our customers without additional shipping fees, regardless of your order size.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Timeline: Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, our representative may call you for confirmation or you’ll receive an email confirmation. Usually, we attempt for 3-times. In other case, you may contact us via WhatsApp 0324-8112-613.
- Packaging: All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We prioritize quality and safety in our packaging to give you the best experience possible.
3. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days once your order has been processed. Here are a few additional points to consider:
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer. However, we work with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery across all regions in Pakistan.
- Weather & Unforeseen Delays: While we aim to meet the standard delivery time, please note that external factors like weather, traffic, or courier delays may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Primary Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method to give you flexibility and convenience. Simply pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
- Order Confirmation with COD: For COD orders, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment and receive the package.
5. Delivery Address Guidelines
For a smooth delivery, please ensure the following when providing your address:
- Complete & Accurate Information: Double-check that your address, contact number, and other details are correct. Inaccuracies can delay the delivery process.
- Address Changes: If you need to modify the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at thesupplywave@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp 0324-8112-613. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, provided the order has not yet shipped.
6. Inspecting Your Delivery
At Supply Wave, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery:
- Product Quality Check: Check that your items are correct and undamaged. In case of any issues, such as damage during transit or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- How to Report Issues: Send us an email at thesupplywave@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp 0324-8112-613. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible, so we can promptly assist you.
7. Delivery Issues and Redelivery
If there is any problem with delivery, such as if no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will make one additional attempt to deliver. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- Contact for Redelivery: If you missed the delivery and would like the package to be redelivered, please contact us. We will redelivered you without Shipping Cost.
